EFT: Services

First session

In our first meeting, which takes place either in pairs or in threes, we have the opportunity to get to know each other. In doing so, we will have enough time to work out the various conflict topics or situations that have led to your current relationship dissatisfaction. I will ask you specific questions to learn more about your relationship history and your everyday relationship life. My goal is to identify a recurring pattern of conflict in your relationship. If we are sympathetic to each other, we will discuss together how many more sessions or what kind of therapy could be useful for both of you. After the meeting, you can calmly think about whether you feel that you are in good hands with me and whether I can help you solve your relationship problems.

Start of therapy

If you decide on the further appointments, the therapy process could be roughly divided into 3 thematic sections:

  1. Exploration: This step takes a closer look at the various emotions and conflicts in the relationship. I will help you to identify the underlying needs and desires and to recognize the emotions behind them.

  2. Restructuring: In this step, the recognized emotions and needs in the relationship are rearranged and restructured. I will support you in learning a new, healthier way of communicating and breaking through old, unhealthy patterns.

  3. Consolidation: The last step of therapy is to consolidate and consolidate the new patterns so that they will last in the relationship in the long term. Here we will talk about how to implement and develop your new skills in everyday life.

At this point, it is important for me to emphasize that the course of EFT therapy can be adjusted individually and the number of sessions varies. During the course of the entire process, we will be in close contact to adapt the therapy to your individual needs and goals. As a guideline, I can tell you that already after 5-7 regular sessions, significant progress will appear and become noticeable.
